- 4 wholemeal pitta bread
- 300g houmous
- 120g cucumber, washed and sliced
- 3 large carrots (about 300g), peeled and grated
- 60g raisins
- 1 and Half tablespoons vegetable oil
METHOD
- Toast the pitta bread, and then cut off one end of each pitta to let out the steam and make a pocket.
- Fill with houmous and cucumber.
- Mix the grated carrot, raisins and oil to make a salad.
