INGREDIENTS
- 4 large pears
- 4 tablespoons (80g) honey
- 360g Greek yoghurt
METHOD
- Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into quarters.
- Place the pears in a saucepan of gently simmering water and poach for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the poached pears and place in a serving bowl. Drizzle with honey and serve with Greek yoghurt.
